Laura Britt Design is an award-winning, full-service studio, specializing in turnkey services for the discerning client. By integrating architectural and interior design solutions, Ms. Britt and her design team create transformative spaces that are both beautiful and functional. Client interaction and attention to detail create the foundation for every project. By first listening to the client's needs and desires, the team can then fully express those needs in individualized spaces so that clients are comfortable and nurtured in their surroundings. At a pragmatic level, the firm combines forward thinking technology and best practices with internal process and project management to maximize organized efficiency.

FIRM history
Ms. Britt launched her design company in 2001, with a clear vision to integrate her academic and professional training. Since that time, Laura Britt Design has grown from a one-person design office into a full-service firm with support services including procurement and logistics management.

In addition, Ms. Britt has been twice honored with the Distinguished Alumni Award from Oklahoma State University's College of Human Environmental Sciences. In 2012, Ms. Britt was nominated for an award from the Texas Women's Chamber of Commerce. She acted as a National Media Representative for ASID, the American Society of Interior Design, and is now their National Distinguished Speaker on sustainable design. In 2010, seeing a need for a source for sustainable furnishings, Ms. Britt launched her second company, Vervano, an eco-conscious modern furnishings line based in Austin, Texas, handcrafted in the United States, and fully dedicated to sustainability. Vervano is committed to preserving natural resources, maintaining healthy indoor air quality, and reducing the distance the finished products must travel. Built to the highest standards and designed for performance in both residential and commercial settings, Vervano is focused on its customers, and the quality of its products. Laura Britt, recognized as an industry leader in sustainability, heads one of the region's most successful and versatile full-service design firms. Ms. Britt, the only Texas registered interior designer with a Master's degree in architecture and her own American-made furniture company, is well-versed in both custom residential, as well as large-scale commercial design projects.

Ms. Britt earned a B.S. in Interior Design from Oklahoma State University in 1992. She also holds a Master's Degree in Architecture with an emphasis in Sustainable Design from the University of Texas at Austin. Ms. Britt successfully managed and designed large-scale, multimillion dollar interior design and architecture projects for the United States Air Force Academy. She and her firm also have extensive experience in high-end hospitality, as well as local and state governmental and educational projects. Laura Britt Design's expertise gives every client the attention to detail and superior service they deserve.
